If your car remains unsold after being auctioned for the second time, you have the option of returning it to your possession. In this case, you will need to pay service charges, and we will facilitate the return of your car to you. While we strive to sell every car listed on our platform, we understand that not every auction will result in a sale. Our sale return option provides a straightforward solution in such instances
In the event of a sale return by a buyer, our policies are designed to address various scenarios to ensure a fair and transparent transaction process. If a buyer fails to pay or pick up the purchased car within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. In some cases, we may extend this period to a maximum of 13 days.
